- All filings must be E-FILED through the Caldwell County Clerk's Office
- With limited exceptions, all civil matters must be mediated prior to trial requests
- Trial requests must be made in writing to the Court Administrator
- Agreed Judgments must be signed by all attorneys and parties before submission
