UPDATE: The flood watch has been canceled.
A flood watch is in effect for Caldwell County beginning at noon Sunday, Aug. 31 through noon Monday, Sept. 1. Locally heavy rainfall between 2-4 inches with isolated pockets of 8 inches is possible for much of Central Texas.
NWS guidance: You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
