Investment reports prepared by the County Treasurer under the Texas Public Funds Investment Act.

The County Treasurer serves as Caldwell County's investment officer. Under the Texas Public Funds Investment Act (Government Code Chapter 2256), the Treasurer prepares a quarterly investment report covering all county-managed funds. The reports detail beginning and ending market value, additions and withdrawals, earnings, and compliance with the County's adopted investment policy. Reports are reviewed by Commissioners Court at the meeting following submission.
